This Heavy Duty CE 5 Axis CNC Stone Cutting Machine is designed for processing Granite, Marble, Quartz Stone, Ceramic, Porcelain, and other materials. It is a fully automatic machine that enables operators to process various forms of chamfering and 2/2.5D shaping, including arc and wave line shaping.

Equipped with a sophisticated CNC control system, it supports manual or automatic programming to perform transversal, longitudinal, orthogonal, arc, and circle cuts, as well as concave-convex shaping. It is an essential tool for modern stone processing factories.

5 Axis CNC Stone Machine
1. Heavy Duty #35 Guide Rail Adopts #35 Guide Rail for Y and Z axes, ensuring stability when processing slabs up to 15cm thick. This ensures a long lifetime for the machine even under high loads.
2. Rotating Pressing Cylinders Equipped with rotating cylinders to press piecework during milling, making the work extremely accurate and precise.
3. Full Axis Mobility The A-axis automatically rotates 0-90° and the C-axis rotates up to 360°, allowing for complex profiling and shaping.
4. 85° Worktable Turnover The worktable flips up to 85 degrees to facilitate the easy and safe loading of heavy stone slabs.
5. Vacuum Suction Cups Equipped with suction cups to move slabs automatically on the table, preventing conflict with the blade cutting path.
6. Large Range Chamfering Supports excellent four-side chamfering with a comprehensive range of 3500x2000mm.
