Cost-effective Five-axis Simultaneous Machining Center
The V5-700B features a classic C-shaped structure, equipped with a self-developed high-precision electric spindle and direct-drive turntable. This high-quality CNC system perfectly presents excellent quality, supporting various electric spindles and turntables for both turning and milling applications.
Self-developed direct drive turntable using a high-precision torque motor with zero transmission gap and no wear. Equipped with high-precision angle encoders and a high-end numerical control system to achieve high dynamic and precise control. The rotary swing turntable supports five-axis linkage processing with a maximum workpiece weight of 800kg.
The electric spindle adopts a high-efficiency asynchronous built-in motor with high-precision ceramic bearings. Optional features include vibration sensors, temperature sensors, and internal tool cooling.
