Details & Components
It uses a 9KW air-cooled automatic tool changer spindle and a 5+4 vertical drilling device. The automatic tool changer can automatically change tools during the machining process without manual intervention, meeting various machining needs.
The spindle supports ±90° oscillation, easily achieving processes that traditional three-axis CNC machines cannot complete, such as slanted holes, bevel cutting, curved surface cutting, and irregularly shaped borders.
Equipped with a 5+4 vertical drilling kit, it can carry 9 different sizes of drill bits at once. Each bit is equipped with an independent pneumatic control unit for precise and efficient drilling.
