Automatic 5 Axis CNC Sawjet Machine
This multifunctional machine combines Blade Saw Line Cutting and Water Jet Curve Processing. It is designed for high-hardness materials like sintered stone, porcelain, ceramic, marble, and granite.
1. High-end RTCP 5-Axis CNC System
Equipped with an industrial touchscreen computer and smart cutting software. Supports DXF format and features a built-in shape library for simple operation. Remote linking for troubleshooting is supported.
2. HD Industrial-Level Camera
20-MP resolution camera catches images of plates on the workbench. Allows operators to place drawing designs directly on the plate image for precise programming.
3. Laser Thickness Measuring Gauge
Automatically measures slab thickness along cutting paths. Features an air-blow system to remove water layers, ensuring maximum data accuracy before waterjet cutting.
4. High Voltage Waterjet System
Max Pressure: 450Mpa (65000psi). Equipped with a 37kw motor and integrated fan cooling system. Offers continuous, stable pressure with low noise (< 85db).
