TitanPro Cutting
Namibia holds some of the world's most unique natural stone deposits. From the globally renowned, high-density Karibib White Marble with its distinctive veining patterns, to the hard-wearing Omaruru Granite and intense sodalite blue reserves, the quality of Namibian raw material is undisputed. However, for decades, the primary economic output has relied on exporting raw blocks to foreign processing hubs, losing out on significant economic margin.
Under the Ministry of Industrialisation and Trade's "Growth at Home" framework, Namibia is undergoing an industrial transition. Government initiatives now highly encourage local beneficiation—turning raw quarried stone into high-value polished columns, structural pillars, and architectural cladding within the country. Our series of heavy-duty 4-axis stone carving machines provides the technical bridge needed for local factories in Windhoek, Walvis Bay, and Swakopmund to scale up value-added manufacturing.
By shifting from exporting blocks to supplying finished architectural works (such as Roman pillars, balustrades, and reliefs for domestic luxury developments and exports to SADC neighbors), Namibian processors can significantly improve profitability while creating stable domestic manufacturing jobs.
True 4-axis simultaneous interpolation represents the ideal standard in stone pillar processing. Unlike standard 3-axis CNC routers that only move in X, Y, and Z axes, the 4-axis configuration introduces a heavy-duty rotary axis (A-axis). This continuous rotation allows for processing asymmetrical objects, tapered columns, helical grooves, and high-complexity statues without manual repositioning.
Processing Namibian granites and diorites requires extreme machine rigidity. Our frames utilize thick-walled, stress-relieved steel gantries to absorb cutting vibrations. Supported by HIWIN linear guide rails and high-pitch ball screws, the system maintains a positioning accuracy within ±0.03mm even during intense roughing cuts.
Configured with variable-frequency spindles ranging from 5.5kW to 15kW, our machines offer the low-speed torque required for bulk diamond cutting and the high speeds needed for fine-relief profiling. Coupled with customized water jackets, cooling water keeps the tool temperature regulated, preventing premature diamond edge wear.
Furthermore, our advanced configuration includes an integrated circular saw on the rotary spindle head. The saw blade handles the heavy material removal phase (roughing out the basic block cylindrical shape) at speeds up to 5 times faster than standard milling tools. The machine then switches automatically to the carving bit to perform detailed sculptural work, dramatically lowering overall tooling costs and processing times.
Established in 2018, Fujian TitanPro Cutting Co., Ltd. is a forward-thinking, technology-driven enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of automated cutting and intelligent machinery. With a strong emphasis on industrial automation, TitanPro has built a solid foundation for innovation and growth. Our dedicated R&D team, comprised of over 50 highly skilled professionals, works relentlessly to deliver cutting-edge solutions that cater to a wide range of industries, particularly in the stone processing and manufacturing sectors.
At TitanPro, we prioritize "Customer First, Partner Second, and Company Third" as the core philosophy driving our operations. Our guiding development concept is rooted in "Innovation, Excellence, Quality, and a People-Centered Approach", which helps us produce world-class products that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Our company has earned its reputation by pioneering a series of high-end cutting and engraving equipment with independent intellectual property rights. These products include a range of industry-leading machinery, such as:
These products are the epitome of technological advancement in the stone industry and have passed rigorous certifications such as ISO9001 and CE, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
We execute strict dimensional and tolerance management across our structural assemblies to ensure performance longevity. Below are the internal processes carried out at our manufacturing facility before shipment:
Integrating CNC automation into an existing stonework facility requires balancing machine capabilities with local factory resource constraints. We design fully integrated workflows optimized specifically for Southern African environments:
Step 1: Raw Block Sizing: Using multi-wire or circular bridge saws to trim raw quarry blocks into manageable cuboids.
Step 2: Gantry Setup: Loading blocks onto the 4-axis lathe using gantry cranes. Our heavy-duty chucks secure workpieces up to 5 tons, preventing slippage during the high-torque roughing passes.
Step 3: Rapid Roughing (Saw Blade Mode): Programmed toolpaths deploy the main saw blade to strip away outer waste material, converting the square block into a cylinder in a fraction of standard milling times.
Step 4: Precision 3D Engraving: The spindle engages, cutting deep relief designs, flutings, or ornate capitals based on digital CAD/CAM instruction.
To support this workflow, we assist factories in implementing closed-loop water recycling systems. Stone processing requires high-volume water cooling to suppress silica dust and prevent tools from burning. Implementing a settling tank array coupled with our recirculating pumps reduces fresh water usage by up to 90%—an essential consideration for arid Namibian regions.
At TitanPro, we recognize that procurement is only the first step. Operating CNC machinery effectively requires reliable local support, reliable power interfaces, and robust supply lines for wear parts. All machinery destined for the SADC region is specifically configured to meet these operational conditions:
Our machines are wrapped in heavy-gauge ocean-safe protective barrier materials, crated in reinforced steel skeletons, and shipped directly to the Port of Walvis Bay. We assist your import team with all customs documentation, ensuring smooth clearing and transport to your facility.
Consult with our mechanical engineers to customize structural configurations, axis limits, voltage, and spindle requirements tailored directly to your Namibian processing plant.
